I'm agree with the SENA proposal because we can learn whatever we want in a easier way.
I would choose ambiental education.virtual education is ecxelent, because exist people that don't have time or money to study. Also SENA is supporting a better education in colombia.
but in a way, virtual education doesn't work at all because you don't have a person solving you doubts.
