1) I agree with the course of the Sena since it is a very big opportunity to learn technical things, I would take courses that they have to see with managerial organization.
2)It`s a different method from learning but equally it looks like to me a good way of learning a didactic form.In addition it seems to me that by this form the education is fomented and the opportunity is given to many people to study when he does not have the necessary time and nonetheless he wants to study.
